We’re looking for a PR Lead!

At Isource Marketing we continue to grow and we want to add to our team, in a #RemoteWork mode, a person to lead our #PublicRelations strategy, both for our clients and for our own brand.

• We are looking for a #PR Lead with strategic vision, leadership skills and a passion for #Communication, capable of turning our clients’ needs into clear, relevant and results-oriented strategies.

Profile

• Trained in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or related areas.
• 6 years or more of experience in public relations, with at least 3 in an agency.
• Minimum 2 years leading teams or managing accounts independently.
• PR experience for B2B companies or in the technology sector.
• Active relationship with business, technology and economics journalists in Mexico.
• Experience designing PR plans from briefs and reporting results to the client.
• Experience preparing executive spokespeople for interviews.
• Experience using media monitoring tools (Meltwater, Cision or similar).

Languages

•  Spanish: native.
•  English: advanced (mandatory requirement).

What will your challenge be?

• Lead the PR strategy and execution for accounts with active service.
• Analyze briefs, identify needs and turn them into action plans.
• Design and oversee campaigns from start to finish.
• Coordinate teams and monitor execution.
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring clarity in agreements and next steps.
• Identify visibility and positioning opportunities for each client.
• Lead the PR strategy for Isource Marketing as an agency.
• To drive the growth of PR as a service line within our offering.

It’s a strategic and #Leadership role, where you’ll have the opportunity to participate both in the operation of the accounts and in the evolution of our PR offering for the #B2B market.
